The balance of __________ will be paid in cash (US DOLLARS) by the time the puppy is 8 weeks old at pick-up. If Buyer is having puppy shipped, the balance will need to be paid by electronic payments (Walmart to Walmart / Western Union) by the time the puppy is 6 weeks old in the buyer’s name ONLY. Flight will not be booked, and puppy will not be shipped until all funds are cleared and received to us over a week in advance to shipment date. If Buyer cannot pick-up said puppy by the age of 9 weeks old, deposit will be kept and said puppy/dog will be for sale again unless other written arrangements are agreed upon with the Breeder in advance (this may be due to a weight issue.)

There will be an additional fee of $60 to pay for vaccinations for puppies kept over 9 weeks of age if written arrangements are agreed upon with Breeder in advance to keep said puppy/dog past 9 weeks of age (this may be due to a weight issue.)

Once you choose your said puppy/dog and give your $500 US DOLLAR deposit, you are “locked in” to that puppy/dog – no switching puppy/dog after money has been received without forfeiting the already-paid funds. The $500 deposit goes toward the full price of the said puppy/dog.

Full registration gives the Buyer the right to show, and breed said puppy/dog. Buyer agrees to breed dog ONLY at age of maturity. Dam must be at least in her second heat or 2 years old. Buyer also agrees to only breed AKC Pomeranian to AKC Pomeranian ONLY.

This puppy/dog is being sold as PET ONLY and is to be registered with limited AKC registration only, spaying/neutering is required by 7 months of age at Buyer's expense. Buyer must provide documentation by a licensed veterinarian that this procedure has been done by the time said puppy/dog has reached 8 months of age. We will not release the papers/application and/or complete the transfer until proof of spay or neuter of sold puppy (identified above) is provided by a DVM veterinarian. We recommend at least 3-4 months of age (minimum of 2 pounds but prefer 4 pounds – this is usually around 4-5 months) before sterilization for males and older for females (or as your vet recommends). **If you buy a puppy with limited papers, you will not receive the application unless the spay/neuter proof is given.

For AKC registration: Buyer will use the kennel title name, Pom Full Of Love, on all the AKC papers (full/limited). Full AKC registration papers will be mailed to you or given to you at pick-up whichever is available at that time.

Breeder agrees to give Buyer a record of medical history for said puppy/dog. Said puppy/dog has been given its first 5-way vaccine (DHPP) for Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus – Canine Hepatitis (CAV-1) & Kennel Cough (CAV-2), Canine Parainfluenza, and Canine Parvovirus on ___/___/___. This is the first vaccine of a three-part series given in four week intervals. Unless very small – then we delay certain shots (by our vet’s recommendation).

The Breeder agrees that said puppy/dog is healthy at the time of sale to the best of Seller knowledge. Said puppy/dog will be evaluated by our veterinarian before it leaves Breeder's home. If any condition is present or suspected, the said puppy/dog will not leave our home and Buyer will be notified immediately. At this time, if the vet evaluation foresees any life threatening or contagious disease, deposit will be transferred to another available puppy of equal value or Buyer may wait for another puppy of equal value to become available.

The puppy/dog is not sold with the guarantee against Coccidia or Giardia (typically dormant single celled parasites common in puppies but is dewormed prior to going home with you to avoid such issues), of being show quality, against overbites, under bites, patella issues, hernias, trachea issues,­­­ hypoglycemia, for undescended testicles, or with the guarantee of being breed able at the age of maturity. Breeder can only estimate adult weight, size, color etc. by experience, but does not guarantee this.

Breeder guarantees said puppy/dog 6 months for life threatening congenital, hereditary, or genetic defects from your date of purchase. The buyer will have 72 hours from the time the puppy leaves our home in which to have the puppy examined by their own veterinarian at the Buyer's expense after 72 hours have passed all guarantees become NULL and VOID. If said puppy/dog is found to have any contagious life-threatening disease found within the 72-hour period, the Buyer must notify Breeder immediately. The Buyer will then have the right to exchange said puppy/dog for another one of equal value when one becomes available, provided a letter from two licensed veterinarians, is given as evidence of the puppy/dog's life-threatening illness. The puppy/dog (along with AKC registration papers) will be returned within the guarantee period. All shipping and vet fees will be at Buyer's expense.

Pom Full Of Love assume no financial responsibility after the Pomeranian leaves the premises. This includes but is not limited to: medical expenses, landlords' disapproval, allergy to animals, mortality, disagreement of family or spouse, or any other reason except congenital birth defect causing death (in which you will receive a replacement puppy of equal or lesser value).

Breeder reserves the right to cancel this contract, for any reason, in which case the deposit will be refunded in full within 30 days. This does not apply to buyer not picking up said puppy/dog by set date.

The Buyer agrees to return the puppy/dog to the Seller if for any reason the Buyer no longer wants to or is unable to keep the puppy/dog. The Buyer agrees to never put said puppy/dog in a shelter or rescue group of any kind. The Buyer MUST return said puppy/dog back to Seller. Buyer agrees to not resell, trade or giveaway said puppy/dog. Breeder will accept the puppy/dog back at any time with AKC registration paperwork with no refund to be given to the Buyer as Seller will then accept responsibility for the dog and will be responsible for all future cost. All shipping fees for the return of puppy/dog to Breeder, if any, will be at Buyer's expense.

Puppy/dog sold with full AKC registration with breeding rights must be kept by the buyer or co-owner. If buyer wants to sell the puppy/dog, they must offer first rights to the Seller to buy the puppy/dog back for no more than what the puppy/dog was sold to Buyer originally. If Buyer is no longer able to keep puppy/dog for whatever reason, they must return puppy/dog back to Breeder for no refund. At that time, Breeder will find puppy/dog a loving home. Upon retiring puppy/dog from breeding program, buyer must either keep the puppy/dog or spay/neuter puppy/dog and find a loving home. Buyer must never place puppy/dog in a puppy mill, pet store or shelter.

Please do not expect miracles. You need to give us a week after we have received/cleared your money to arrange for shipping, vet visits, pick-up times, etc. If you pay for your puppy at eight weeks, more than likely, we cannot get him to you before he is nine weeks of age.

If, for some reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you agree to contact the owner the contract was made with, and that you will not make any defamation statements about Pom Full Of Love, or any owner/worker/family member related to the business, even if things are not worked out to your satisfaction. (A defamatory statement is a statement that is made with the intention to harm our reputation or the reputation of our business).

If legal action were to be taken against Pom Full Of Love, it must be taken up in our state (Maryland) at District Court For Baltimore County Located in Towson. Any court and legal fees will be at Buyers expense.
